The terms and conditions under this heading relate to the promotional offer run by Vodafone which will be offered to customers, the “Level Up offer”. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services together with our third party partners listed below and form part of your contract with us. By deciding to avail of the Level Up Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The Level Up Offer is only available to eligible existing Vodafone X customers as determined by Vodafone. Unique code is available to those who are on a Vodafone X plan, top by €20 or more in one go once per 28 days from August 06th – November 31st 2019, are over 18 and have registered to receive ‘Level Up’ communications from Vodafone. Once the customer has met the above conditions, topped up and activated their top up offer, they will receive a code and can choose to book a reward via the My Vodafone app or www.vodafonexlevelup.com.
  2. Customers must either, reply ‘YES’ to SMS sent from Vodafone asking to register to Level Up communications or fill in this form: http://ngx.me/3g3KIq0 to be able to receive further information on Level Up.
  3. Customers who qualify for the Level Up Offer will receive an SMS with their unique code up to 14 days following the top up and they will be able to claim through www.vodafonexlevelup.com landing page. Information on redemption will be outlined on the microsite.
  4. The Level Up experiences are offered on a first come, first served basis.
  5. The Level Up Offer is available to eligible Vodafone mobile customers on IOS or Android smartphones through the My Vodafone app and microsite. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  6. Customers must be opted into receiving marketing communications from Vodafone to receive an SMS with a code.
  7. To redeem the Level Up offer and access the experiences, Vodafone X mobile customers must have the My Vodafone app downloaded to their IOS or Android phone.
  8. Offer gives the redeemer access to rewards including booking physical spaces or online experiences subject to availability.
  9. Completion of booking spaces and experiences occurs through third party partners, you must agree to the third party partner’s terms and conditions in order to complete the booking. They can be found on the third party partner websites, the names of the partners are listed below.
  10. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and/or to vary or amend any element of the offer at any time without further notice.
  11. Vodafone reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions for valid commercial, technical or operational reasons.
  12. Only one unique code can be used per customer, per 28 days.
  13. Unique codes cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to already booked spaces.
  14. Unique code is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.
  15. There will be no reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void unique code.
  16. Level Up offer will expire on 31 Nov 2019 unless extended by Vodafone at Vodafone’s sole discretion.
  17. Once the unique code has been validated, customer has 28 days to choose an experience. The unique code will expire after 28 days.
  18. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Why should I book a space or experience?

    Level Up gives you access to professional spaces and equipment you may not otherwise have access to. You can use them however you like to develop your projects. You also have the chance to book an online learning experience which you can use to develop your skills and Level Up.

  2. Who is eligible to get a Level Up space or experience?

    You are eligible to get involved in Level Up if you have been an active Vodafone X customer for the last month or longer, you are over the age of 18, you have opted in to marketing communications from Vodafone and have topped up to reactivate your plan by €20 or more.

  3. I’m a Vodafone X customer but I don’t have a unique code. What do I do?

    Vodafone will send you an SMS to register your interest in Level Up. Once you register, are over 18 and top up by €20 you will receive a code. If you meet the eligibility requirements but haven’t received an SMS, and you are interested in getting involved in Level Up, please click here to let us know.

  4. How do I book a space or experience?

    Simply log in to the site with your unique code from Vodafone X (which is valid for 28 days from when you receive it, for one Level Up experience, subject to availability), choose the space or experience you’re interested in, and request a booking. Please remember, there are a limited number of spaces and experiences available, but they do renew each month. So if you don’t find what you’re looking for, check back next month to see what else has opened up.

  5. Is there a way to get more exposure for projects I create or develop in Level Up spaces?

    There is indeed. Just tag photos and/or videos, or even finished projects, with #VodafoneXLevelUp on Instagram or Twitter. We know you’re doing cool stuff so we’ll be watching this hashtag with interest, and will pick the most interesting or inspiring content to highlight on our channels. You never know where Level Up could take you.

  6. I’m not a Vodafone X customer but I want access to Level Up. How do I get involved?

    Level Up is exclusive to Vodafone X customers, so to get involved you’ll need to switch to Vodafone X. And don’t forget all the other benefits you get with Vodafone X: up to 25GB of 4G data plus your choice of Unlimited Weekends, Sky Sports Mobile TV, or 6 months of Spotify Premium for just €20 top up.   8. I requested a booking in a Level Up space. What happens next?

    Check your emails for a message from us about next steps, and for a response from the space provider you’ve selected. Please note, once you start the booking process with the space provider, you are now dealing exclusively with them, and not Vodafone X. The spaces and experiences offered through Level Up are managed by external providers. They are not proprietary Vodafone X products or services.

  9. What should I bring to the session I’ve booked?

    That depends on the type of space it is. If you have questions, please email the space provider directly and ask them. If in doubt, or if you need special equipment for your project, bring it along when your booking has been confirmed.

  10. I requested a booking in a Level Up space but haven’t heard back from them. What should I do?

    Please contact the space provider directly, and include the unique code you used to log in, the email address you used to request the booking, and the name of the space itself. It’s more than likely an oversight on their behalf so just pop them a message to double-check.

  11. I’ve booked a space. What can I do with my time there?

    Level Up is all about taking your ambitions to the next level, so use this space for whatever you need to fuel your ambitions, projects and goals.

  12. What should I do if I’m asked to pay for the space?

    You should not be asked to pay for the space. Please let the space provider know that you booked through Vodafone X Level Up and have your unique code handy in case they need to double-check.


  14. I booked an online learning experience. What happens next?

    Check your emails for a message from us about next steps. It will contain instructions on how to redeem your experience.
